Warm-Up exercises with Barbell by VITURA – How to get your body to operating temperature in 10 minutes
At the beginning of every workout it’s crucial to chuck some proper warm-up exercises. Together with my personal trainer Philipp from VITURA, I want to introduce you to a highly effective warm-up with barbell that will definitely get you up to speed for a heavy workout by stimulating some of the most important muscles and helping you mobilize your joints.
Everything you need for this workout is ten minutes of time and a barbell. For my workout at VITURA I used a 20 kilogram barbell which made the warm-up quite intense already. So to sum it up: ten minutes, one barbell, nine exercises, 90 repetitions. All of the Exercises are carried out directly after each other, without any breaks. And here are the exercises
Exercise 1 – Romanian Dead-Lifts
Exercise 2 – Barbell Row
Exercise 3 – Upright Row
Exercise 4 – Front Squats
Exercise 5 – Military Press
Exercise 6 – Overhead Squats
Exercise 7 – Shoulder Press
Exercise 8 – Basic Squats
Exercise 9 – Good Mornings
You’ll see how these 90 repitions have it in them also without using additional weights. After this warm-up you’ll most likely be ready and set to start your workout.
