Christmas is just around the corner and it’s about time to start figuring out presents for your loved ones. Especially those of you, who are living in a long-term relationship like me will know, how difficult it can be to find the right christmas gift for your partner every year. To save you some of the pre-christmas stress and offer you some inspiration in finding a nice gift for your partner my missus and I have teamed up with dm to put together a little couple gift guide in relation to their online shop. Like I’ve already explained in the video, I think a care- and/or wellness set is always a great gift for the missus. Especially if you girlfriend is usually quite busy with job and life in general, she’ll be delighted if you organize a little timeout for the two of you. The idea is to combine these wellness products with a voucher for a day in a thermal bath or spa. That way you get to escape the strains of everyday life and spend some quality time together. My second gift idea is a package filled with treats your lady falls for. If your missus is a foodie or gourmet she’ll really appreciate this little emergency kit for in between. However to add a personal note, I suggest you combine this little treats package with a cozy couple dinner at home, which you prepare for the two of you. Even if you’re not the greatest chef on earth your girlfriend will appreciate your effort and enjoy the romantic evening with you.

3. Beautybox & Gift Card

Which girl does not want to feel pretty? And even though your missus certainly doesn’t need make-up and beauty products for it (note: remember this sentence for your christmas card), a lot of women appreciate getting new beauty products. Now, if you do not consider yourself an expert in this area, you might think about taking the easy way out and buying a gift card. That way your better half will be able to choose exactly the products she likes and needs and for once get a present she can actually make use of. Admittedly this might seem like a little bit of a rather practical present but you can always spice it up with a nice dress and tickets to the theater or a concert. Particularly in long term relationships it can be great fun to go back in time a bit and take your girl out on an actual date.
