Hat Game

To be honest i was rather reluctant to add a hat to my wardrobe and quite frankly it’s still not something i wear every day. Yet with certain outfits i have to admit it can look really great. So the main reason why hats became increasingly popular also in contemporary men’s fashion is that they add something artsy to your look. They make you feel a little bit like a musician, writer or painter – a feeling i absolutely embrace as due to my new job i spend more time in a suit than in my bed recently. Nonetheless i think it’s incredibly important for your personality and character to not let your mind and thoughts become too single-sided. I truly believe it’s an unnegotiable precondition for happiness to find something in your life that gives you balance. This “something” might mean completely different things to different people. So retain and take care of your talents and creativity and find a ways to express them.

The look below reflects my strong association with rock music and combines a leather biker jacket with an amazing nonchalant knit featuring sandy colors and a pair of super-skinny jeans with knee pads. The slightly worn-out leather boots match the look perfectly while the hat adds just the right dose of flamboyance to top off this rocky outfit.
