“I wore black because I liked it. I still do, and wearing it still means something to me. It’s still my symbol of rebellion — against a stagnant status quo, against our hypocritical houses of God, against people whose minds are closed to others’ ideas.” (Johnny Cash)
I think we should all have a look at our rebellious side every now and then. It helps us question ourselves, our surroundings and the system we’re a part of. By doing so we create space for new ideas, develop our character and evolve as a person. So don’t wear black because it doesn’t stand out as a color. Wear black as a statement and treasure the rebel inside of you.
