The Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk

One of the first of my discovery tours here in Sydney took me to Bondi where I did the famous Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk. The amazing impressions I gained on this roughly three hour walk topped everything I expected. Stunning views, breathtaking cliffs, beautiful beaches, cool streetart, awesome outdoor sports facilities, a colorful flora, parks and probably the most peaceful cemetery I’ve ever seen, these six kilometers are full of highlights.

It really comes as no surprise the Bondi to Coogee walk is listed as a favorite in many tourist guides or Sydney Must-Do-Lists. Therefore, to all of you who prefer a calm walk to go there really early although personally, I really enjoyed the vibrant vibe when I was there. I recommend taking at least 3 hours if you plan on stopping every now and then to enjoy the view, take some pictures or chill a bit. Also don’t forget to bring enough water and use sunscreen as most of the path is exposed to direct sun.

For further information check out the official WEBSITE of the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk.

Besides the amazing vibe and interesting people Bondi Beach also offers heaps of great street art and graffitis.

I don’t know if this is something common but for me it was an amazingly special moment.

The famous Icebergs rock pool. Along the walk there are further, smaller ones (for instance in Bronte Bay)

But before we start the walk, let me take a selfie :). I know it doesn’t really look as if but I was really happy that day.

Despite there was a lot going on that day I found this spectacular spot just for myself up on a hill in Bondi.

At the edge. What you can’t see on the picture, just a meter behind me the cliff falls down to the pacific.

No matter which direction you look. Simply everything looks beautiful here.

Took a moment to sit down at Bondi cliff to grasp how blessed I am to see all this beauty and make all these wonderful experiences.

Walking down Bondi Bay it dawned on me that I might have to schedule in some extra workouts in order to feel comfortable next to all the fitness-obsessed Bondi people.

I think I’ve never seen a cemetery as beautiful as this one. Can’t imagine a more peaceful place, especially also with such a spectacular view.

When I arrived in Coogee the sun was already setting and a pretty perfect afternoon came slowly to an end.
